When talking about healthy lifestyle and a healthy body,
belly fat is an especially tough opponent. But there are actually a number of
foods that are great for your taste buds and your waistline. They help you
fight belly fat, and you wont believe that they're so delicious,
you probably already eat them! So Here we are listing them.
1. Avocados (مگر ناشپاتی )
Avocados, also know as Magar
Nashpati in Urdu (مگر
ناشپاتی ) not only helps thwart belly
bloat, they also help our bodies better absorb carotenoids, cancer-fighting
compounds found in colorful fruits and veggies like tomatoes, carrots, spinach
and winter squash. In fact, people who ate salads with avocado had 15
times higher absorption of carotenoids. Half of one avocado contains 10
grams of healthy mono-saturated fats, which stop the blood sugar spikes that
tell your body to store fat around your midsection.
2. Yogurt
Its combination of carbs and
protein help stabilize insulin, a hormone that tells your body to store
calories as fat when levels get too high. A cup encourages the growth of
good bacteria in your gut, throwing out other bugs that can cause bloating.
3. Bananas
This fruit is loaded with 422 milligrams of potassium, a mineral that can help limit the
amount of belly swelling sodium in your body. It boosts the metabolic
rate, thereby melting the belly fat.
4. Skim Milk
A glass of skm milk makes carbohydrates
with protein to promote muscle building. Drink POST workout to speed recovery.
Moreover, you are getting that calcium to make your bones stronger.
5. Berries
Berries are full of antioxidants which improves blood flow, delivering more oxygen to muscles. Eat some yogurt and berries before your workout to get your muscles ready for action.
6. Whole Grains (اناج)
Carb
lovers, Rejoice! The fiber in foods like oatmeal, bulgur, and brown rice aids in keeping your body's insulin levels low. Researchers says this may shrink fat cells. Your body burns and absorbs these more slowly for
longer-lasting energy as compared to the refined carbs in white bread and rice.
7. Citrus
Fruits loaded with Vitamin C, like oranges, grapefruits, lemons and red peppers
can help you zap up to 30 percent more fat during exercise.
8. Green Tea
Having three
cups of green tea per day may rev up your metabolism and burn 30 calories, a study in Medicine
& Science in Sports & Exercise shows. The compound Epigallocatechin
gallate (EGCG) in the tea makes it easier to burn fat.
Final Thought
You might think that working out for hours on
end is the best way to shed excess fat around your
midsection, but that's not true. You can lose belly fat without exercising at all, in fact, as long as you make the right choices.
Good points
