Instant Breakfast Recipe For Weight Loss (Hypothyroidism, PCOS and Diabetes Patients)


Today we are going to tell you a protein rich, high fiber instant breakfast recipe for weight loss. This gluten free, quick and easy weight loss meal is perfect breakfast for those with health issues like hypothyroidism, PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome) and diabetes. This high fiber and protein breakfast will help to keep you feel fuller for a longer time thus helps in weight loss.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato roughly chopped
  • 1/4 of an onion
  • 1/2 of a medium sized carrot roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup of gram flour/besan بيسن
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/3 tsp ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp zeera/cumins seeds
  • 1 chopped green chilli and a handful of coriander leaves

Directions:

Put roughly chopped vegetables in to a grinder. Add 1/2 cup of gram flour in to a large bowl then add 1/2 tsp fo chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/3 tsp of ajwain, 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp zeera/cummins seeds. Now add coarsely ground vegetables in this bowl. Now chop one green chilli and a handful of coriander leaves and put them in that bowl as well. Add salt in it as needed.

Add half cup of water and mix the batter for about 2 minuter, add water accordingly as needed. Heat a cast iron pan and grease it with some oil. Now pour the batter and spread it out as thinly as you can. Drizzle in 1 tsp of peanut oil or olive oil then cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on low flame. After one or two minutes, open the lid and carefully flip the pancake over let it cook for a minute and then serve it on a plate.
