Healthy Salad Recipes

The preparation time of all the given recipes below is 15 minutes and serves 2-3 persons.  

SWEET AND SOUR VEGETABLE SALAD

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Potato 1
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Cucumber 2
  4. Cabbage 1 Cup
  5. Boiled Peas 1 Cup
  6. Mint Leaves 1/2 Cup
  7. Lemon 1 tbsp
  8. Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  11. Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
  12. Olive Oil 2 tbsp 
Recipe:

First take a bowl and add boiled potato, boiled peas, chopped carrots, cabbage, cucumber and mint leaves. Now add tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, brown sugar and olive oil. Mix it well. Your delicious sweet and sour salad is ready. Serve it!

EGG SALAD

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled Eggs 4
  2. Cucumber 2
  3. Yogurt 1/2 Cup
  4. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  5. Black paper 1/2 tsp
  6. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt as desired 
  8. Dill (Soya)
 Recipe:

Take a bowl and add yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, sugar and black pepper.
Mix it well. Now add chopped cucumber and boiled eggs.
Serve in a dish and garnish with dill (Soya).

HONEY AND CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken 300 gram
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Capsicum 1
  5. Mustard paste 1 tsp
  6. Honey 2 tbsp
  7. Paprika 1 tsp
  8. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  9. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  10. Cucumber 1
  11. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  12. Olive Oil
  13. Salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe:

First of all cut down the vegetables. Now add mustard paste, lemon juice, salt, honey, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and paprika in chicken. After that heat the oil and saute the chicken. Finally put all the vegetables in the bowl. Put the chicken on top of the vegetables. Now honey and chicken salad is ready to serve.
